Our Civil Engineering division undertakes site engineering through a full-service approach that begins with initial site evaluation and feasibility planning and carries through to regulatory approvals to detailed designs, preparation of tender documents and site supervision. Additionally, our sustainable site design practices enhance our clients’ ability to achieve their goals on projects environmentally friendly.
Our professional engineering capabilities include everything from general land design requirements for municipal approval to specialized applications of floodplain analysis. The core services will include:
- Site Engineering
- Earth Works
- Pavement design
- Storm-water Design
- Sewer Design
- Bulk water supply and infrastructure design
Work starts with the collection of site information, namely a topographical layout showing existing infrastructure and all municipal service connection points, plus a geographical map of the site. Where the proposed development is of such a scale that local government regulations require an environmental impact or a traffic assessment report. Applying these inputs to Civil 3D/ Civil Designer the engineers are able design; produce working drawings and material specifications. During construction, FABB will supervise and maintain records of site quality control tests for each step of the construction phase, issues the client final completion certificate at the close of the project.
